Client Deliverables
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:
- Client-specific deliverables remain subject to the licensing terms outlined in the applicable Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or other governing contract.
- Clients receive only the rights expressly granted under those agreements.
- Efficiently Connected retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, analytical frameworks, research processes, templates, software, and pre-existing intellectual property.
User-Submitted Materials
Users retain ownership of materials they submit through our websites or research portal, including interview transcripts, uploaded files, and other client-provided content.
By submitting materials, you grant Efficiently Connected a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, analyze, reproduce, and process those materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested services or fulfilling our contractual obligations.
Unless expressly authorized, confidential client materials will not be incorporated into publicly distributed research or marketing materials.
Trademarks
Efficiently Connected, ECI Research, associated logos, and other product or service names used on our websites may be trademarks or service marks of Efficiently Connected, Inc.
